Shipping, PDF's and turnaround times
Turnaround times
Once your order has been received, paid in full and all required design approvals have been received, we will start production on your items. The production turnaround time can range from a few days to a few weeks, depending on what you are ordering and our other production runs. For example, our wedding packages currently have a production turnaround time of 3 weeks. However, if you have an urgent order or require your order for a specific date, please get in touch.
Shipping
We are not responsible for shipping to incorrect or outdated addresses. Any redelivery fees will be at your expense.
International Shipping
We only ship within Australia
PDF Proofs
A PDF Proof will be emailed to you for final approval when you have ordered Seating Charts or any fully customised signage. Physical production will only begin once we have received your return email confirming approval of the design. We allow two alterations to your design free of charge. Any extra alterations will incur a $25 fee. If you change your mind and would like a new design, then a redesign fee of $50 will be applied. All additional fees will be invoiced separately and are payable prior to work continuing/commencing.
We don’t send PDF Proofs when you order from our listed range of designs. Please check your spelling as any personalisation details will be as per this detail in your order.
