Refund Policy
Returns, exchanges and cancellations
Please choose carefully. As all of our work is custom made for your order, we are not able to offer exchanges. In addition to this, we cannot offer refunds once we have started production on your order. Start of production means we have either sent you a design proof for approval (where required) or we have started creating your order. If you change your mind and wish to cancel prior to the start of production, there is a 15% non-refundable cancellation fee. Your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus this 15% fee.
If an error has been made on our behalf or the product is faulty, please notify us via email (including all details and photos) within 24 hours of receipt. In these cases we will happily replace the item or provide a full refund. We take no responsibility for any items damaged once they have been shipped.
